Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that KONINKLIJKE LUCHTVAART MAATSCHAPPIJ N.V. intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand, and to give notice under section 341 of the Companies Act 1993 to remove KONINKLIJKE LUCHTVAART MAATSCHAPPIJ N.V. from the Overseas Company Register on or after the date three months from the date of this notice.
