Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that JPMORGAN JAPANESE INVESTMENT TRUST PLC, being an overseas company incorporated in the United Kingdom and registered on the New Zealand Overseas Register, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that a notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, of the overseas company’s intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
