Notice of Intention to Remove an Overseas Company From the Overseas Register

Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993

Take notice that I propose to remove the following overseas company from the overseas register under section 341(3) of the Companies Act 1993. I am satisfied that it has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

TAVIAN LIMITED (6372618).

Any person who wishes to object to the removal must do so by 8 January 2018 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice) on the grounds that the overseas company is still carrying on business in New Zealand.
