Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Overseas Register

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), of the intention to remove GREAT PLAINS STAINLESS CO. from the New Zealand Overseas Register, under section 341 of the Act, on the grounds that the company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand on 31 March 2017.

From 16 May 2017, being a date not less than three months from the date of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
