Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given that AUSTRALIAN AND NEW ZEALAND CULTURAL ARTS LIMITED, a company incorporated in Australia and registered as an overseas company in New Zealand, will be applying to the Companies Registrar to be removed from the Overseas Register, on the basis that it does not carry on business in New Zealand from 1 February 2018 in accordance with section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Note: The company will continue to service the New Zealand market from Australia.
