Notice is hereby given that HAPPY ASCENT LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong and registered as an overseas branch, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, intends to cease to carry on business through its branch and, not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, will give notice to the Registrar of Companies stating the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
