Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

I, the undersigned, intend to remove O3B SALES BV from the Register under section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993.

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to the deregistration of the above-named overseas company is delivered to the Registrar by 4 January 2018 (being not less than three months from the date of this notice), O3B SALES BV will cease to carry on business in New Zealand on 12 January 2018.
