Public Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to Section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993

APL CO PTE. LTD gives notice that, after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.

While APL CO PTE. LTD will not operate “within New Zealand” it will continue to trade to/from New Zealand, however the management of its operations will be through the CMA CGM Group’s subsidiary which assumes operational and financial responsibility for that trade in New Zealand.
