Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SMARTRAK AUST PTY LTD, a registered overseas ASIC company, an entity registered with the New Zealand Companies Office intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand from 31 October 2017.
