Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that COMPASS GLOBAL HOLDINGS PTY LIMITED, a registered overseas ASIC company, an entity registered with the New Zealand Companies Office intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand from 16 October 2017.
