Public Notice to De-Register an Overseas Registered Company

Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993

This is notification that I, Phillip McNeill, director of REDBIKE SYSTEMS PTY. LTD., an Australian company and a registered overseas company in New Zealand, intend to remove it from the New Zealand Companies Register effective 1 January 2018.
