Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Mu, Danni, of Flat 3, 22 Normanby Road, Mount Eden, Auckland, was adjudicated bankrupt on 7 May 2015.

If you are owed any money by Danni Mu you will need to lodge a claim by going to the website www.insolvency.govt.nz.

Notice is hereby given that the Official Assignee fixes 12 May 2017 as the last day for creditors of the bankrupt to make their claim.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
