Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Scott, John Gordon, of 17 Binnie Street, Paihia, was adjudicated bankrupt at the High Court at Whangarei on 15 August 2016 on the application of Value Tyres Limited.

If you are owed any money by the bankrupt, you will need to lodge a claim by going to the website www.insolvency.govt.nz.

Notice is hereby given that the Official Assignee fixes 13 April 2017 as the last day for creditors of the bankrupt to make their claims.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
