1. On 16 December 2016, an application for putting SATELLITE SECURITY LIMITED (formerly EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES 2009 LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2016-463-138. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on Monday 20 March 2017 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
