This document notifies you that:

1. On 10 November 2017, an application for putting MOUNTAIN VALLEY TRADING CO. LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2017-409-915. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 25 January 2018 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Heather May Boock and Stephen Lewis Boock, whose address for service is c/o Young Hunter, Level 2, Young Hunter House, 134 Victoria Street, Christchurch 8013. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Hamish Alexander Evans, whose address is as noted above.
