1. On 13 October 2017, an application for putting LINWOOD PARK STUD LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2017-404-2451. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 1 December 2017 at 10.00am.
