This document notifies you that:

1. On 4 October 2017, an application for putting HAURAKI GULF ENHANCEMENT SOCIETY INCORPORATED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2017-404-2299. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 24 November 2017 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Waiheke Golf Club Incorporated, whose address for service is at the offices of LeeSalmonLong, Level 16, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Timothy P. Mullins, whose address is as noted above.
