This document notifies you that:

1. On 9 October 2017, an application for putting GRAVITY TRAMPOLINE NZ LIMITED (formerly DIALLED IP LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2017-470-151. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 27 November 2017 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Land Innovation (No. 1) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Morrison Kent Lawyers, Level 19, 105 The Terrace, Wellington. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Carolyn Heaton, whose address is as noted above.
