This document notifies you that:

1. On 10 October 2017, the application reference CIV-2017-485-706 for putting GANESH SUPERANNUATION FUND LIMITED into liquidation was fully withdrawn by Steel & Moss Limited in the Wellington High Court.
2. A settlement agreement was mutually reached representing full and final settlement between Steel & Moss Limited and GANESH SUPERANNUATION FUND LIMITED on 6 October 2017.
3. The notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 September 2017, Issue No. 97, Notice No. 2017-aw4814, is hereby revoked.
