1. On 15 December 2016, an application for putting ADAM STEWART TRUSTEE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2016-404-3170. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 24 February 2017 at 10.00am.
