This document notifies you that:

1. On 7 December 2016, an application for putting REPUBLIC LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. Its reference number is CIV-2016-425-131. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Invercargill on Thursday 2 March 2017 at 11.45am.
