This document notifies you that:

1. On 26 May 2017, an application for putting HALDON RANGE VINEYARDS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Nelson. Its reference number is CIV-2017-442-35. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Nelson on 7 September 2017 at 11.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
