This document notifies you that:

1. On 1 August 2017, an application for putting INSPECT IT PALLET RACKING AND AUDITING SYSTEMS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2017-404-1778. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 15 September 2017 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Stephanie Beth Jeffreys and Timothy Wilson Downes as liquidators of Gecko Construction Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Lowndes, Level 5, 18 Shortland Street, Auckland. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Jacque Lethbridge, whose address is as noted above.
