This document notifies you that:

1. On 14 July 2017, an application for putting DANSAR PROJECTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2017-404-1617. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 1 September 2017 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Hoe Chuan Soon, whose address for service is at the offices of KBS Lawyers, Suite 202, Plaza Tower, The Pakuranga Plaza, corner of Pakuranga Road and Ti Rakau Drive, Pakuranga, Auckland. Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or:
