This document notifies you that:

1. On 7 July 2017, an application for putting PACIFIC FOODS & PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTION N.Z. LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2017-419-196. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on Monday 25 September 2017 at 11.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Anthony Phillip Galbraith and RPG Trustees Limited (as trustees of the Galbraith Holdings Trust), whose address for service is at the offices of Whitfield Braun Limited, Level 1, 127 Alexandra Street, Hamilton. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Tobias Michael Braun, whose address is as noted above.
