This document notifies you that:

1. On 26 April 2017, an application for putting C K FITNESS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whangarei. Its reference number is CIV-2017-488-43. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whangarei on 28 August 2017 at 10.00am.
