This document notifies you that:

1. On 9 June 2017, an application for putting M.P.H. TRADING COMPANY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth. Its reference number is CIV-2017-443-34. The application is to be heard by the High Court at New Plymouth on 8 August 2017 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
