1. On 12 June 2017, an application for putting EFFICIENT LIGHTING TECHNOLOGY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2017-404-1228. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on Friday 4 August 2017 at 10.00am.
