This document notifies you that:

1. On 8 May 2017, an application for putting COMMERCIAL COATING MANUFACTURERS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2017-404-954. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 30 June 2017 at 10.00am.
