This document notifies you that:

1. On 4 May 2017, an application for putting THE WHYTE GROUP LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2017-485-404. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 20 June 2017 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
