This document notifies you that:

1. On 9 May 2017, an application for putting KNZ INTERNATIONAL CO. LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2017-404-945. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 23 June 2017 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Body Corporate 346799 and others (listed in CIV-2017-404-945), whose address for service is at the offices of Grimshaw & Co, Solicitors, Level 16, 66 Wyndham Street, Auckland. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Gareth Blakely Lewis, whose address is as noted above.
