1. On 27 April 2017, an application for putting VICVICKY HOLDINGS LIMITED (formerly SALES IMPACT GROUP LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2017-441-43. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 15 June 2017 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
