1. On 9 December 2016, an application for putting TARANAKI HARVESTING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth. Its reference number is CIV-2016-443-88. The application is to be heard by the High Court at New Plymouth on 14 February 2017 at 10.00am.
