This document notifies you that:

1. On 23 February 2017, an application for putting EQUINOX APPAREL LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. Its reference number is CIV-2017-425-15. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Invercargill on 27 April 2017 at 11.45am.
