1. On 9 February 2017, an application for putting EBENEZER HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2017-404-178. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 24 March 2017 at 10.00am.
