In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Nicole Rosie, give notice that I have exempted Lance Rowan Bernsdorf Solly from compliance with regulation 38(a) of the Health and Safety at Work (Mining Operations and Quarrying Operations) Regulations 2016.

This exemption takes effect on 17 November 2017.
