Pursuant to section 52Q of the Commerce Act 1986 (“Act”), the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives notice that it has amended the information disclosure requirements applicable to Transpower New Zealand Limited (“Transpower”) under Part 4 of the Act.

The amended information disclosure determination is:

• Transpower Information Disclosure Determination [2014] NZCC 5.

The amendments are set out in the:

• Transpower Information Disclosure Amendments Determination [2017] NZCC 25.

The amendments come into effect on the date of this notice.

The scope of the amendments cover a non-material change to align Transpower’s reporting date for Schedule G5 – Quality of Supply: Interconnection Assets to the same reporting date as required for Schedule F6 – Regulated Revenue.

A copy of the amendments determination is available on the Commission’s website at www.comcom.govt.nz/amendments-to-information-disclosure-requirements-2017 and is available for inspection free of charge at the Commission (during ordinary office hours), or for purchase at a reasonable price at the Commission, 44 The Terrace, Wellington.
