Pursuant to section 26 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (“Act”), the Environmental Protection Authority hereby determines that

Saccharomyces arboricola
Staphylococcus pseudintermedius
Streptococcus australis
Streptococcus constellatus
Streptococcus cristatus
Streptococcus dentisani
Streptococcus gordonii
Streptococcus infantis
Streptococcus oligofermentans
Streptococcus parasanguinis
Streptococcus peroris
Streptococcus sinensis
Streptococcus sobrinus
Streptococcus tigurinus
Streptococcus vestibularis
Wickerhamomyces anomalus
F Rotavirus B
are not new organisms for the purposes of the Act.
Pursuant to section 26 of the Act, the Environmental Protection Authority hereby determines that
Mycobacterium scrofulaceum
Streptococcus criceti
are new organisms for the purposes of the Act.
