1. The Credit Reporting Privacy Code 2004 Amendment No. 12 (Temporary):
   1. was issued on 20 September 2017;
   2. came into force on 28 September 2017; and
   3. will expire on 18 September 2018.
2. A copy of this amendment may be inspected at the offices of the Privacy Commissioner, Level 13, 51 Shortland Street, Auckland, and Level 8, 109 Featherston Street, Wellington, or obtained free of charge from the website: www.privacy.org.nz.
