Pursuant to section 49 of the Privacy Act 1993, I give notice as follows:

1. The Health Information Privacy Code 1994 Amendment No. 9:
   1. was issued on 25 August 2017; and
   2. will come into force on 28 September 2017.
2. The Telecommunications Information Privacy Code 2003 Amendment No. 6:
   1. was issued on 25 August 2017; and
   2. will come into force on 28 September 2017.
3. The Credit Reporting Privacy Code 2004 Amendment No. 11:
   1. was issued on 25 August 2017; and
   2. will come into force on 28 September 2017.
4. Copies of these amendments may be inspected at the offices of the Privacy Commissioner, Level 13, 51 Shortland Street, Auckland, and Level 8, 109 Featherston Street, Wellington, or obtained free of charge from the website www.privacy.org.nz.
