In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Nicole Rosie, give notice that I have exempted Donald James Beattie from compliance with Regulation 38(a) of the Health and Safety at Work (Mining Operations and Quarrying Operations) Regulations 2016.

This exemption takes effect from 11 August 2017.
