In accordance with section 79 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996, WorkSafe New Zealand gives notice that on 29 March 2017 it approved the revocation of the code of practice HSNOCOP 25 Management of Existing Stationary Container Systems at Timber Treatment Facilities.

The revocation will take effect on the day after the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
