Pursuant to section 331 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Financial Markets Authority on 18 April 2017 approved rule changes for the licensed markets operated by NZX Limited, as contained in the Financial Markets Conduct Act (NZX Main Board/Debt Market Listing Rules and NZAX Listing Rules) Approval of Market Rules Notice April 2017.

The following rules provided to the Financial Markets Authority for approval on 21 February 2017 have been approved:

NZX Main Board/Debt Market Listing Rules; and

NZAX Listing Rules.
