Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Property

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 16 February 2017 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Derek Roderick Vincent De Stacpoole under the powers contained in the following instruments:

1. a general security agreement dated 8 September 2016 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired property and all personal property of Derek Roderick Vincent De Stacpoole, including that in which he has rights, whether now or in the future; and
2. a specific security agreement dated 8 September 2016 in relation to:
   • a 2015 Horsch Maestro Planter (Serial No. 24621640);
   • a 2014 1800 Res Commercial Trailer (Registration No. Y229J; Chassis No. R0017);
   • a 2014 John Deere 7260R Tractor (Registration No. A7SQZ; Chassis No. 1RW7260RPDD014199);
   • a 2014 John Deere 7260R Tractor (Registration No. A8SQZ; Chassis No. 1RW7260RVDD014189);
   • a 2013 4AG Titan Roller Drill 6300 (Serial No. 10268);
   • a 2001 Kemper Maize Head 365 (Serial No. 166101183); and
   • a 2006 Silage Buckrake (Serial No. 00052006).
