Notice is hereby given that on 10 February 2017, Andrew John McKay and Andrew James Bethell, chartered accountants and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand accredited insolvency practitioners of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company under the terms of a general security agreement dated 10 March 2014.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s property and assets, and all present and after-acquired property.
