Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 15 December 2017, Gareth Russel Hoole and Clive Robert Bish, RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners and chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of NZ CUPOLEX LIMITED (in receivership).
