Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed as receiver and manager of the above company and individuals on 22 November 2017 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 26 March 2014 which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.

Thomas Lee Rodewald was also appointed as receiver and manager of the above company and individuals on 23 November 2017 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 7 December 2015 which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.

Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from the date hereof, I have ceased to act as receiver and manager of the above-named company and individuals.

Office of the Receiver is: C/- Rodewald Consulting Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3144.
