Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard (“Gus”) Jenkins, insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that we were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of NEW ZEALAND HONEY SPECIALTIES LIMITED on 24 November 2017 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 22 December 2010.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after acquired property and all other property in which it has rights, whether now or in the future.
