Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that as from 23 November 2017 we, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), have ceased to act as joint receivers and managers of ATMOSPHERIC LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation).
