Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Property

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, I, Geoff Brown of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 7 November 2017 I was appointed as receiver of the property of John Parker Westenra by order of the High Court at Christchurch.

The property in receivership is all of John Parker Westenra’s livestock, farming plant and equipment, and personal chattels.
